Spelunking

Galleries and swallowholes run the karsts in the Plateau d'Albion, 20 km away from Apt. The plateau's underground gathers the rain springing out in Fontaine de Vaucluse.
Swallowholes like "aven ran" or " Trou Souffleur" show now famous landscapes. Access to some of the holes is only a short walk away. Saint Christol hosts many of them : the "aven du Château" (-100 m), "Trou Souffleur" (-610 m). Further, the "aven Autran" (-670 m), "aven Joly" (-465 m) and "aven Borel" (-70 m), ...

Be careful, spelunking is a dangerous sport which cannot be practised alone.
